Ashley & McDonough is the newly appointed commercial heating services partner for Your Housing, procured through the Fusion21 Heating and Renewable Framework earlier this year.
To support this contract, Ashley & McDonough would like to employ a Your Housing Tenant to work as part of the administrative and at the same time complete a Customer Service Apprenticeship Level 2.
This apprenticeship is a 12- month programme. You will be paid an Apprenticeship salary and based full-time in the Ashley & McDonough Head Office in Prescot, Liverpool. You will gain the skills, knowledge, and behaviours to be a qualified Customer Service Practitioner, and when you successfully complete the programme you will achieve a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification and Ashley & McDonough will be looking to offer you a full-time position as a Helpdesk Administrator.
This role will include dealing with orders, payments, offering advice guidance and support, meet-and-greet, sales, fixing problems, after care and measuring customer satisfaction.

Following a tender exercise led by Fusion21 via the Heating & Renewables Framework, Ashley & McDonough has been selected by Your Housing Group to carry out the servicing, maintenance, and installation of commercial heating systems, air-conditioning systems, ASHP, solar panels, heat recovery units, heat interface units, catering and laundry appliances. The contract will start on 1st July and will run for 3 years.

In order for Ashley & McDonough engineers to continue to carry out crucial Repairs and Compliance works, they have been issued With high viz jackets requesting a to ‘2m distance please’ along with full PPE kit.
Both the engineers and the customers have found the jackets effective in reminding everyone of the importance of Keeping a safe distance.
The Ashley & McDonough Team are delighted to have been chosen by Prima Group to undertake the servicing and 3* maintenance of gas fired central heating systems in the Group’s homes.
The contract was procured through Fusion21’s Heating Systems Framework, via direct award and began November 2019.
It will see Ashley & McDonough provide annual servicing and 24/7, 365-day breakdown cover as well as a rolling programme of boiler and heating system replacements.
